Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. If an order is placed over the weekend or a public holiday, orders shall be fulfilled within 2 business days following a weekend/holiday. Occasionally, we do experience high volume of orders especially during Black Friday and End of Year Holiday seasons. During this time, your order may be delayed and shall be fulfilled on a best effort basis.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping promotions are only applicable to the continental United States.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order is completed and paid, you will receive an email confirmation with your order information. You will receive a second email once your product is shipped together with your tracking information.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Niels Ryberg, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Niels Ryberg, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. You may be required to substantiate your claim.
International Shipping Policy
